45TH ANNIVERSARY CONFERENCE OCTOBER 28TH-30TH
"In celebration of Jackson State University’s Meteorology Program 45th Anniversary, the Blue Bengal Meteorology Alumni Association in partnership with Jackson State University and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration(NOAA) will host a virtual conference. Jackson State's Meteorology Program has been a proud leader in the diversification of the atmospheric science community since its inception. It's past anniversary conferences have resulted in the training and development of students enrolled in the program who've gone on to enjoy successful careers in the atmospheric sciences. This year, the JSU alumni hope to broaden this impact by expanding opportunities to secondary school students, college atmospheric science majors from across the country, and professionals with careers in the atmospheric sciences."
